Ingredients
Cook the potatos in cooker and mash it with hand or grinder (don't be too pulpy) . Next cook the chicken pieces (drain water) & chop it in grinder (not too pulpy) . Heat oil in a pan and put curry leaves, ginger, onion, green chillies & saute well till it turns soft . Then add chilly powder ,pepper powder saute well till it turns dark brown colour to this gravy add masala, coriander leaves & turn off flame . Mix all the mashed potatoes,chopped chicken & the gravy with salt . Mold the mixture to the desired shape . Next dip it in beatened egg white & coat it with bread crumbs . Lastly fry it in oil .
