Simple Carrot Cake

 Carrot Cake



Ingredients
  • All purpose powder- 250gm
  • Sugar- 250 gm
  • Cardamom- 1tsp
  • Baking Powder- 2 tsp
  • Eggs- 4
  • Butter/Oil(refined)- 250 gm
  • Carrot- Grated & steamed with little bit Sugar
  • Milk-1-2 tbs
Preparation
 
Mix all pupose powder & Baking powder & keep aside.Pour the oil & sugar mix to abowl till it becomes creamy to this add eggs one by one simultaneously, add all purpose powder. To this mixture add cardamom/essence,carrot. If the mix seems to be thick you can add 1-2 tbsp milk.Coat the pan with butter/oil, pour the cake mix to the pan (don't over flow ).Preheat the Oven at 350 F & keep it for 30-40 mins.
Instead of carrot we can use pineapple.
