Kappa And Njandu


INGREDIENTS

Crab- 1/2 kg
Turmeric-1 tsp
Salt- to taste
Kappa - 1/2 kg
Shallots - 10-15 no
Green chilli- 2 Chopped
Pepper powder- 2 tbsp. (As per your taste)
Garam Masala -1 tsp
Curry leaves- 1 strips
Chilli powder-2 tbsp
Tomato -1

Preparation

Clean the crab and when water boils cook it with turmeric powder, salt and pepper powder
after 15 mins add the cubed tappiocca into this and allow it to cook until it gets cooked like paste.
Crush the shallots, green chilli, pepper, curry leaves ,ginger and garlic. Add oil in a pan and shallow fry this crushed ingredients to this add chilli powder and garam masala.
Saute until the raw smell goes.Finally put all this Sauted ingredients into Cooked crab and kappa and mix it very well.
