Orange Chicken


Ingredients
  1. Chicken boneless-1kg
  2. Green onion-2(chopped)
  3. Orange juice-11/2 cup
  4. Brown sugar-1/4th cup
  5. Soy sauce-2tbsp
  6. Garlic paste- 1tbsp
  7. Ginger paste-1/2tsp
  8. Cornstarch-2tbsp (dissolve in little water)
  9. Flour(maida)-1cup
  10. Egg-2
  11. Cornstarch-1cup
How to prepare?
Cut the chicken into small cubes. Next prepare the sauce- mixing all the ingredients from 3-7 & keep it aside. Coat the chicken first in flour,then egg, lastly cornstarch (9-11) & fry it in oil till it turns light brown colour. Wipe oil from chicken. Pour the sauce mixture to a wok & bring it to boil then add cornstarch(8) to thicken the sauce. When it becomes thicken add fried chicken & green onion,now turn off the flame after 5mins.
